    Day 1 :  You’ll start the day with breakfast at Don Rafa, the town’s most famous café, where you’ll learn how to roast and identify the different flavor notes of the beans, as well as techniques for brewing the perfect cup of coffee. You’ll tour Jericó in the company of a storyteller—a local figure who draws on the history and oral traditions of the town’s residents, which can be heard in the plaza and on the streets. You’ll discover the world of coffee through an interactive experience at a farm where you can truly sense the aroma of this land. 

    Day 2 :  Jericó has a long history of leatherwork, and you’ll learn about the process of making a “carriel” at a leather goods workshop—and then you can decide which one to take home as a souvenir. This isn’t just any souvenir; it’s the Jericó “carriel,” which embodies the region’s rich tradition of muleteering. You’ll visit the botanical garden, an amazing place to relax and observe, with minimal effort, some of the many species of birds and butterflies that flit about here.
