Day 1:

We'll begin this fascinating journey at the San Pedro Cemetery, where true works of art were created, and learn about illustrious figures in Medellín's history. Next, we'll visit the Photographic Archive of the Public Pilot Library, the second largest archive by volume in Latin America. You'll also explore the collection of the Museum of Antioquia, which houses more than 5,000 pieces that chronicle the emergence and evolution of artistic expression in Antioquia. Finally, you'll visit the Pedro Nel Gómez House Museum, where you'll delve into the life and work of this irreverent muralist from Antioquia.  

Day 2:

We'll take the route to the town of El Retiro; along the way, you'll enjoy the scenery of the San Nicolás Valley. You'll stroll through its streets, steeped in history, and visit the carpentry workshops where you can observe the work of local artisans with wood. Then we'll enter the Los Salados Eco-park for a boat tour of the reservoir. Finally, you'll savor a delicious chicharrón from La Cantaleta. Lastly, we'll head back to the hotel to conclude this adventure.

Day 3:

We'll enjoy mountain scenery and fresh air. Our first stop will be at Tequendamita, a waterfall surrounded by lush vegetation. Then, in the town of La Ceja, we'll visit the Farmers' Market, where you can discover fresh produce, traditional flavors, and experience local farming culture. In the afternoon, we'll visit a hydrangea farm where you'll learn about its cultivation and enjoy ideal settings for photography. The experience continues at Alma del Bosque, where you'll explore an orchid greenhouse and ecological trails surrounded by nature.

Day 4:

We'll head towards Carmen de Viboral, a journey of no more than an hour. Here, you'll enjoy a city tour through the streets of this picturesque town and visit pottery workshops where you can observe the artisans at work. Afterward, you'll sample Bostonian beans, another way of preparing this typical Paisa dish. Finally, you'll admire the San Nicolás Valley from the La Florida viewpoint, and as evening falls, we'll return to Medellín.

Day 5:

We'll take the road to Guatapé and stop to enjoy a delicious pandequeso (cheese bread) before arriving at the replica of the old Peñol. We'll take a boat trip across the reservoir and then head to the imposing Peñol rock and climb its 720 steps. You'll enjoy a spectacular panoramic view before indulging in a generous bandeja paisa (a traditional Colombian dish) to replenish your energy. We'll arrive in Guatapé and explore the streets in a tuk-tuk, allowing you to admire its colorful baseboards at your leisure.
